At Memorex we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how orders for our audio and electronics products are processed and shipped.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, if available.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to USA. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at sales@starglory.com.hk for assistance.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order size, and shipping method selected.From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or regions.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. Typical delivery windows are:

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak periods.
Large or Fragile Electronics
Some products, including turntables, micro systems, and other electronic audio equipment, may require extra protective packaging and handling. Because of this, delivery times for certain items may be slightly longer.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, the tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, is delayed beyond the expected delivery period, or appears lost in transit, please contact us at sales@starglory.com.hk within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Where possible, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the package and product
- A description of the issue
We will review the matter and work with the shipping carrier to resolve it.
