1. How long does shipping take?
Dispatched within 1-3 business days. Hong Kong delivery is free. UK/US orders arrive in 2-6 business days by tracked FedEx, with taxes/duties included.
2. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. Email sales@memorexretro.com within 14 days of delivery, then send the item back unused in its original packaging to our Hong Kong address. You pay the return postage, and we refund you within 14 days of receiving it.
3. How can I track my order?
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

5. Is there a warranty on Memorex products?
