We deliver to Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and the United States. Every order ships from our warehouse in Hong Kong. In the US we currently sell the suitcase turntable, the desktop turntable, the cassette starter kit and the pocket radio duo.

• United Kingdom: £4.95, free on orders of £100 or more.
• United States: $6.95, free on orders of $150 or more.

We dispatch within 1 to 3 business days of payment. UK and US orders travel by FedEx International Priority with full tracking. UK delivery usually takes 2 to 6 business days from your order.

No. UK prices include VAT and import duty, and US prices include import duties, so there is nothing to pay the carrier. In the US, sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. If a carrier ever asks you for duty on a Memorex order, don't pay it and email us.

We email you a tracking number when your order leaves our warehouse.

You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Yes. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, then send the item back unused in its original packaging to our Lai Chi Kok address in Hong Kong. You pay the return postage. We refund the product price within 14 days of receiving it. UK customers also have the legal 14-day right to cancel. See our Refund Policy.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the parcel and product. For a fault, we cover the cost of returning it and will repair, replace or refund it.

No. Both Memorex turntables have speakers built in, so you can play records straight out of the box.

Yes. Both turntables are Bluetooth compatible, so you can play music from your phone through the built-in speakers.

Yes. Both turntables record to USB or SD, so you can keep a digital copy of your records.

The suitcase turntable closes into a carry case with a handle and has dual 3W speakers. The desktop turntable stays in one place, has dual 5W speakers and a clear dust cover.

It has 60-second anti-skip protection to keep playback smooth on the move. It plays standard CDs and MP3 CDs, has FM radio, and comes with earphones.

CDs (including CD-R/RW and MP3 discs), USB and FM radio with 30 presets. It's Bluetooth compatible and comes with wooden speakers and a remote.

An auto-reverse portable cassette player in orange, black or silver, plus 5 blank tapes. You choose 60-minute or 90-minute tapes. The player records through its microphone and is Bluetooth compatible.

Yes, and batteries aren't included. The AM/FM Pocket Radio takes 2 x AA and the AM/FM Radio with Analogue Tuning takes 2 x AAA. Earphones come with both.
